Garbage Collection
Garbage pick up is provide by the Parish and is free of charge. Household garbage pick up is on Tuesday. Bulk pickup is available but it is not a weekly scheduled
pick up. You will need to contact WASTE CONNECTIONS, INC. OF LA at 337-535-9522 to inform them that you have something awaiting pickup. The Town will come around every Monday to pick up small brush and small tree limb that residents my trim off their trees. The Town does this as a courtesy when weather, time, and extra help is available. WE DO NOT PICK UP CUT DOWN TREES! If you cut down a tree or contract with someone to cut down a tree, you or the contractor will be responsible for the debris cleanup.

New Businesses
Business License
The Town of New Llano provides occupational license, beer and liquor license, and gaming licenses for new businesses. All new businesses must first complete a business application packet. Please come into the City Hall to receive all the information needed for new businesses.
Monthly Council Meetings
Open to the Public
The Town of New Llano holds its regular council meeting one time per month. It is held on the 4th Tuesday of each month. The Council meets at 6:30 for public comments. Regular council meeting starts at 7:00.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance, please contact Donna Condon, Town Clerk at (337) 239-3670 describing the assistance that is necessary.
Note: Anyone desiring to comment in connection with items listed on the agenda before a vote is taken on said item by the Council should complete a PUBLIC COMMENT FORM at least 3 hours before the Pre-Council Meeting begins. Public Comment forms may be obtained in the Mayors Office. Public Comment Forms are not needed to speak at the pre-council meeting.
Disconnections $ 50.00 Fee
Disconnections for delinquent water bills will be done on the 25th of each month.
If the 25th falls on the weekend or a holiday, then disconnections will be done on the
morning of the next business day. We do have a drop box for your convenience for
after hour payments. Please do not put cash in the drop box.
